Your patients do not miss important information due to push notifications on their phone. Your patient will feel well prepared during his patient pathway while improving patient care.

Applications
The ForPatientApp exists of two components – the ForPatientApp Dashboard for healthcare professionals and the application for the patient on his mobile phone or tablet.
Administrators in the hospital have access to the Browser based professional dashboard. Transparency is given about the stage of the pathway of the patient. Together with the digital delivery of Patient Reported Outcome Measurements, you will receive valuable insights about the patient and his success rates.
The application can be downloaded from the AppStore or Playstore. After registration by the hospital on the hospital dashboard, the patient has access to the ForPatientApp application. The patient gets the right information at the right time according to the patient pathway you defined for the patient.
