Materiality matrix

We manage and prioritize our sustainability activities by periodically performing a materiality assessment. This indicates the aspects that are significant to us with regard to our business activities and takes the values of our most important stakeholders into account.

Strategic targets

In 2021, in the course of the new strategy period, we defined the strategic objectives for our sustainability commitment for the next decade and developed a three-year plan with clear milestones. The goal is to continue strengthening sustainability in the company and develop it as an integral part of our business processes.

We have set the framework for our activities in the coming years, as derived from our Group strategy and materiality analysis, with six thematic areas and fleshed them out with clear medium to long term goals.
